Abstract.
Recently, there have been increasing demands for more economical, high-performance, ultrahigh-strength steel (UHSS) with high impact toughness for use in advanced engineering applications as replacements for the highly alloyed high-cost steels such as AF-1410; Aermet-100; Hy-180 and HP9-4-20/30.

However, the engineers'
experience is that these processes are difficult to control, and that undesired behaviours may show
up.
The physico-chemical phenomena may be "ordered" by a rational approach based on the engineer's need.
Summary and outlook The modelling of CVI is an exciting area in the sense that it connects a truly important application in materials fabrication to up-to-date issues in various academic domains of interest, featuring theoretical chemical engineering, physics of transport in porous media, image processing, numerical methods, applied mathematics, etc … CVI modelling is a rather mature scientific area : a large quantity of studies have identified the main phenomena, scales, couplings, and given useful optimization guidelines to engineers.

Introduction
Vegetable biomass has resumed our highlight in the global energy scenario, because of factors such as the development of more advanced technologies, the danger of exhaustion of fossil fuel reserves and the incorporation of environmental issues in the discussions on sustainable development [1-3].

This principle can be realized due to a number of factors, including improvement and optimization of thermal schemes and parameters of technological processes of NPP power units with different types of reactors, optimal selection of modern and advanced coolants and structural materials of nuclear reactor cores and steam generators, optimization of NPP power units operation modes based on modern methods of mathematical modeling.
3 Materials and Research Results
The experimental determination of the nature and quantity of radiolysis products is carried out using various physicochemical methods, among which the most important are the method of pulsed radiolysis and the method of electron paramagnetic resonance, which allows the study of free radicals; various chemical methods are also widely used, for example, the method based on determining the ratio of components in redox systems.

According to the Global Information Technology Report 200-2009 by World Economic Forum (WEF), Taiwan technological readiness is ranked number 7 among 115 countries.
From ICT tools to Services System Models With the advance of ICT technology, we have to develop new innovations and new models of services because of the demanding clients but also because of the cost consideration.
Since the focus is shifted from technology-oriented to holistic service system by re-engineering the entire health care system or providing new service models.
