So these are concerned with such things as materials science, superconductivity, microelectronics, optoelectronics, sensors and micro-nano science etc, they have been extensively investigated and utilized up to now.
One of the representations being studied widely is called C60, and the results of C60 are especially important in the superconductors, optical materials, functional materials and biomaterials.
Fig. 3 Transmission coefficient - Energy spectrum in atomics lines C60 model Fig. 4 I-T curve for C60 single-molecule system When C60 contacts with metal atomics line, the interfaces of these two materials will form a barrier, the barrier height is closely related with materials and temperatures.
And we can choose some different atomics materials in order to make unequal current ratio values.
Actually in order to make the device work better, we should select the appropriate Fermi temperature of working materials that is so necessary.

Introduction
The mechanical, magnetic, electrical, and thermal properties of several materials can be modified without necessarily changing their chemical composition, with a simple change of the molecular structure.
In this sense, it is important to study the factors that influence the change of the internal structure in a certain material, therefore from the control of the involved variables, materials with superior properties, smaller specific mass and better corrosion, oxidation, wear resistance can be obtained [1].
Thus, the knowledge and the control of the involved thermal parameters are very important in Materials Engineering, once the temperature levels and the cooling rates are deterministic to the specification of the properties that the material will attain after the thermal treatment [3].

Abstract.
Hot forging changes stress state of materials and makes the internal microstructure change significantly; while changes in the microstructure not only have an effect on the deformation process, but also determine the final performance of the product to a large extent.

To manufacture composite materials with enhanced properties, different kinds of the literature suggested implementing coating materials on either fibers or nano-fillers.
The material composition of the composite materials affects heavily the mechanical properties and the associated natural frequencies of the composite structure.

On the other hand, employing traditional materials for these shells cannot provide necessary requirements.
Therefore using new materials should be considered as substitutions for them.
In this regard, fiber reinforced composites due to high strength to weight ratio and functionally graded materials (FGM) in which volume fractions of two or more materials varied continuously along a certain dimension [2] as new materials have received considerable attention recently.
