For the construction and demolition waste an ambitious target is established: by 2020 a minimum of 70% (by weight) of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste (excluding naturally occurring material as soil and stones without trace of non-hazardous materials) shall be prepared for re-use, recycled or undergo other material recovery (including backfilling operations when recycled C&D waste can substitute other materials) [3].
Specific properties of cementitious composites for rigid pavements, using recycled materials have been presented by Cojocaru et al.[10] and others [11].

Study on Mixing Time in Bottom-Blowing Ladle with Immersed Tube Qinghua Qi1, a, Minggang Shen1,b, Dehui Zhang1,c and Tao Wu2,d 1University of Science and Technology LiaoNing, China 2Shandong Iron and Steel Company,Ltd.
As large flow rate of argon blowing in the process of bottom argon blowing ladle will cause severe fluctuations and sprays of molten steel, making the slag’s surface boiled and steel secondly oxidized, melting the refractory materials in the ladle, the flow rate of bottom argon blowing is limited, which will affect the efficiency of stirring.
