Introduction
With the trends of lightening in the structures of automotive, aerospace and some other manufacturing industries [1], more and more high strength and low formability materials (such as copper, aluminum, magnesium alloy etc.) were applied.
Through clearances of 1.5 mm before four groove joints materials tensile results can be seen when groove number four already meets the requirement, the excessive increase groove has not with practical significance.

With the economy and science and technology continues to improve, tunnel engineering construction has been an unprecedented development.
According to the existing problems of tunnel monitoring information management system, the article develops a tunnel monitoring information management and early warning systems, the system uses C / S structure to achieve a tunnel exploration, design, construction materials and sections, monitoring programs, measuring point information and multi-level monitoring data sharing, while achieving the information storage, processing, query, data output and automated forecasting and early warning capabilities.
