In 4H-SiC, like other polytypes of this material, low stacking fault (SF) energies can lead to a tendency to form SFs on the basal plane.
HRTEM studies were carried out at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials, Brookhaven National Laboratory (DOE Office of Basic Energy Sciences Contract no.

Experiments take different ratio of municipal sludge shale brick and flux as materials, making maximum firing temperature of 950℃, finding different sludge lightweight sintered shale bricks’ compressive strength data, finding a suitable ratio to meet the requirements for using as load-bearing walls.
The research group will take the shale and sewage sludge as raw material, mixing exclusive formulated flux, as to study its effect on sewage sludge lightweight Shale-Sintered brick compressive strength, intending to create a new wall material of light, high compressive strength Experiment 1.1 Materials 1.1.1 Shale Shale gets from Guangxi Liuzhou suburb of peace village, deep purple, shale particle distribution in Table1, chemical composition in Table2.
Conclusions (1) It is feasible that the way of using sewage sludge and shale as a raw material of new wall materials.
When mixed with flux (1.5%), you can prepare a high compressive strength of new wall materials

Introduction Membrane materials play an important role in industrial fields.
Organic-inorganic composites have become favorable materials as they usually combine the advantages of the organic materials and the inorganic polymers [2-7].
Polymeric materials with higher chemical and thermal stability have been widely used as membrane materials.

Otherwise, it is an interdisciplinary subject, including mechanics, modern mathematics, chemical and engineering sciences, especially materials science.
Nowadays, with the further study by experts in chemical industry, oil, water conservancy, bioengineering, light industry and food material science, it is widely used and develops very quickly.
During the research on non-Newtonian materials, scientists found that Maxwell equations can be used for non-Newtonian fluid stress field calculation in the process of soft-solid materials (such as nylon and rubber) [5, 6]. 2.
On the one hand, using standard variables of material science, the resistance of epitaxial and simple shear rate is analyzed by the characteristics of non-Newtonian P-T/T equation (1) [4, 8].

In addition, materials needed in traditional manufacturing resource plan may not be produced due to insufficient or not immediate raw material supply, or insufficient productivity or lack of ability for production.
The supply chain based BOM could solve this problem to some extent by introducing information on the productivity of all suppliers of node materials and turning into enterprise's useful capacity.
As shown in figure 1, in case of change A's BOM in the suppliers of B and C, lower nodes also change, and even B and C could be replaced by other materials that meet A's composition requirements.
