Introduction
As a special processing technology, ultrasonic machining is almost suitable for all kinds of hard and brittle materials, and it has the advantages such as small cutting force, low cutting heat and so on.
So it has been widely used and rapidly developed in the hard and brittle materials field which is difficult to machining such as ceramics, glass, stone and cemented carbide.

Abstract.
The same type of components, on different occasions, different models may be chosen, we only need to change the element size, material type, structure parameters to complete the change of different models of the same type of components.
GUI access to the program through a variety of interactive features, commands, user manuals and reference materials, and complete the step by step throughout the analysis, but the whole analysis process is quite complicated.

Comparing with the other methods: First, the FDTD method is derived directly from Maxwell equation, and the Maxwell equation gets discretization directly, there is little possibility for assumption of resulting in calculation error; Second, as a result of deriving directly from the Maxwell equation, this method has a wide range of versatile and can handle complex structural systems of a variety of shapes, a variety of materials without higher order derivatives of the discrete.

The development of robotic fish was promoted through scientific approaches, such as fluid mechanics, materials engineering, vibrational science, tribology, electrical engineering, and control engineering.
First, the specifications, such as the robotic fish shape, size, elasticity, and material characteristics, are designed on the basis of its operational requirements.
Techniques for taking data measurements of the outer shape include modelling methods that use materials, and methods that use STL data taken with 3-D laser measurements.
