The Model of Residual Stresses in Burnishing In this section, the formation of residual stresses is divided into two stages: indentation of tool into the treated material and release of tool from the treated material.
With the increase of burnishing force, the surface of the treated material continues to deform and some points start to yield where the stress strength reaches a critical value equal to the yield strength of the treated material.
The material parameters of AISI 1042 steel in J-C model are A = 553.1 MPa, B = 600.8 MPa, m = 0.234.

Utilization of mining slag varies with its treatment, with water slag mainly used in the production of cement and concrete and dry slag mainly as surfacing materials.
Steel slag Steel slag originates from oxidizers caused by the oxidization of various elements in the process of steel smelting and other smelting materials, whose release rate is 15-20% of the total raw steel.
Nowadays, Steel slag can be used as raw materials for cement, surfacing materials in the place of stone pieces and phosphate fertilizer.

The selection of iron ladle material parameter and the element type.
The melting point of metal materials is Tm, and the creeping point is 0.3 Tm.
The material of tank skin is ZG25, so it selects material parameter in line with ZG25.
It can also adopt a hybrid model to stimulate the almost incompressible plastic material and the completely incompressible super elastic material.

For this reason, many suppliers for SiC materials avoid in-situ doping of p-type layers and instead, device manufacturers rely on ion implantation.

It will be better to understand the mechanical properties of fabrics and composites by establishing complete assessment system from uniaxial, biaxial, to 3-D loadings, because of the orthotropic properties of materials [2].
The system can evaluate materials not only for tension or compression in the X and Y axial directions, but also bursting at the Z axis simultaneously.
