Recently, these materials are also used as a scaffold material for bone tissue engineering to regenerate critical bone defects by diseases and injuries.
Biopolymers, mainly collagen, are excellent materials for tissue engineering due to their biocompatibility [8], cell affinity and biodegradability.
Conclusion The materials demonstrate excellent elastic properties compared to both ceramics and collagen materials.

Oil and gas production occurs in high-risk, due to the natural properties of this material and the characteristics of the process.
Accidents in Extractive industries are causing enormous material damage, leading to contamination of the environment, terminate the lives of people.
In the analysis of the stress-strain state of "ground-base structure" it should not only consider the real properties of anisotropic rocks of the base, but also the material structure.Unfortunately, existing models of isotropic elastic strata near the breeding facilities do not allow to consider the construction of real properties, rocks: their small-layered, bent layers, anisotropy and in homogeneity, and also does not account for the location of objects relative to the plane of the strike of the inclined layers.
If we assume that the material surface facilities is also transtropic with an inclined plane of isotropy, then the equation of state is written in a Cartesian coordinate system Oxyz in the form (2), but with different elastic constants and angles.

Introduction Semiconductor lasers emitting between 2 and 3μm are of great interest for a variety of important applications in cluding gas sensing, molecular spectroscopy and pollution control. For low coast, high performance diode lasers operating in the continuous wave (CW) regine at room temperature(RT) are required[1,2].A series of Sb-based device results have been obtained owing to the optimal materials growth, structure design and the improved output performance and excellent temperature of high-power lasers.
Fig. 2 The threshold and quantum efficiency as function of the operating temperature Fig.3 shows wavelength-vesus-temperature between 20℃ and 70℃ operating at CW,a ratio of 2.8nm/0C was achieved. The high quality of MBE grown materials using the seperature confinement structure, producing a low loss waveguide and enhance laser internal efficiecy and narrow far-field patterns.
