Materials and Methods
The typical bioleaching strains in the consortium were isolated from Acid Mine Drainages (AMD) environment of Dexing copper mine (Jiangxi province, China) and purified by BOX-PCR meanwhile identified by 16S rDNA.

The runner connects the main runner and the cavity, in which the flow resistance of molten material is expected to be as small as possible, and difficult to cool.
Because of high thermal conductivity and quickly solidified character,the metallic materials will not extend the molding cycle.From the perspective of pressure transmission, Flow cross-sectional area should select the largest; from the view of heat conduction, It requires the minimum outer perimeter.

Basic principle
Conventional diamagnetic levitation was the levitation of diamagnetic materials in vacuum or air.
Placing in magnetic fields, diamagnetic material got a repulsive force, balancing with the gravity.

Given constant material properties, the method solved temperature and thermal stress fields approximately with linear superposition theory.
Furthermore, the method can only deal with constant material properties.
By neglecting the temperature dependency of the material, the accuracy of the results becomes questionable for the properties in rotor are temperature dependent in fact.
The material of the rotor is 30Cr1Mo1V steel and the corresponding properties are showed in Table.1.

Based on the related studies about road performance, it makes a comparative study among these three mixed materials.
The results indicate that the high-modulus asphalt mixture with modified calcium sulfate whisker can effectively improve the mixed materials’ stability in high temperature, water stability and anti-fatigue performance; meanwhile, it doesn’t decrease their performance in low temperature.
Unlike the conventional materials, it doesn’t have such defects as grain boundaries, dislocations and holes.
