Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are main type of indoor pollutants which are found in many workstation materials.
At the material-material interface (interface between layers), for the same VOC, concentrations in the materials are proportional to the partition coefficients, while the gas phase concentrations are the same at the interface for both materials.
Mass balance was applied for VOCs in materials, at the interfaces and in the chamber[10,11].
The source material is homogenous, and the initial concentration is uniform in the materials. 5.

And the parts which can not be used will be separated to materials by crushing processing.
For direct reuse of parts, the cost of materials is mainly used for cleaning of the auxiliary cleaning stage material.
For the renovation of the repair parts, the cost of materials are mainly used for remanufacturing and processing stages of repair parts auxiliary materials.

The Cutting Parameter Affecting to Surface Roughness in Single-point Diamond Turning Hao Wang1, a, Yu Zhang1,b,Qiming Xie2,c 1CIMS Applied Research Center, Kunming University of Science and Technology ,Kunming, P.R.China 2Yunnan KIRO-CH Photonics Co.
The surface roughness of the machined surfaces was examined by a contact type measurement system, Form Talysurf PGI 1250A (Taylor Hobson Ltd.) as illustrated in fig.2,respectively.And the material was Ge single crystal as illustrated in fig.3.The radius of the section was 20mm.The spindle speed is 1200r/min,and the turning direction is from the outer edge to the center of the circle. The cutting parameters changed at every 10mm as illustrated in fig.4.
And ultra-precision machining of the surface roughness has reached the nanometer level, germanium crystal optical lens surface roughness at 3 ~ 8nm, the accuracy at 3 × 10-6 or less, so we should keep the room temperature at 20 ℃,because it is good for the quality of processing materials.

These materials are produced through the introduction of nanometer-scale porosity into an OSG skeleton.
A 250 nm SiCN capping layer was deposited on both the unpolished and polished wafers using a standard 3MS and NH3 process with an Applied Materials P-5000 PECVD chamber.

What is important, the tendency to reduce the thermal conductivity of insulation materials influences on increased porosity of these materials.
Increased porosity leads to increased air permeability for such materials, like: mineral wool, glass wool or other fibrous materials.
These materials are highly air permeable.
The authors found that all the investigated materials are highly air permeable, for many materials not measured yet.
