SCM is concerned with determining supply, production and stock levels in raw materials, subassemblies at different levels of the given Bills of Material(BoM), end products and information exchange through (possibly) a set of factories, depots and dealer centers of a given production and service network to meet fluctuating demand requirements, see Escudero et al. (1999), Mir Hassani et al.(1999) and Hahn et al.(2000).

It is a very widely practiced welding process to join materials. known as shielded metal-arc welding process.
Being a fusion welding process, the heat input during welding affects the base material both physically and metallurgically.
The plates are kept in the oven for three hours so that uniform heat penetration into the material takes place.

Effluent: Collection and Dilution
For the present study soak liquor and lime effluent were collected from a tannery around Chennai (India).
The turbid and colourless effluents were used immediately for experimental studies with and without diluting as follows Effluent for Experiment 1: undiluted effluent (1:0) Effluent for Experiment 2: Effluent diluted with demineralised water (3:1) Effluent for Experiment 3: Effluent diluted with demineralised water (1:1) Plant materials Mature leaves of Mentha piperita was purchased from local market and washed with distilled water and shade dried for 30 minutes on absorbent paper .

Here the polymer blending is considered to be one of the most important and modern way of developing new polymeric materials with a wide variety of physical and chemical properties.
Here the combination of inorganic nanoparticles and an organic polymer provides a simple route to stable and processable composite materials, which integrating the promising properties of both components of polymer and dopant [1-4].
