Abstract.
Introduction Recently, high strengthening of materials is a general trend so that the residual stress also increases.
The matter of the difference seems to be associated with the thermal stress caused in chemical polishing, crystallographic texture of the specimen or errors in materials constants used in the calculation.

This paper started with the micro-perspective of the concrete structure, adopted a numerical simulation method to study the damage characteristics of the RCC weak level in the fracture process under the action of pure water pressure, fully considered the inhomogeneity of the RCC material and the discreteness of micro body constituting the material, and think that the macroscopical destruction of material is an accumulated process of the mesoscopic damage.
Weibull distribution is used to describe the discrete properties of the infinitesimal body, the uneven parameters of materials are introduced to the calculated unit, and finite element method is adapted to analysis stress.

White portland cement (WPC) and concretes based on it are materials with high performance properties with fairly wide field of application: decorative mosaic concrete floors, interior and exterior concrete mosaic slabs, imitating natural rock materials, and also finishing facade materials.
While carbonate materials of suitable quality for WPC clinker production are very common, aluminous and siliceous materials are rare and limit raw resource base.
