Abstract.
In these materials pinning is very weak in ferroelastic fluorites [11] and damping does not occur in virtually defect-free materials such as SrTiO3 [12].
Resonance damping was found in materials with oxygen defects as in LaAlO3 [13].

The necessity of low carbon energy-saving building
The so-called low carbon energy-saving building is to point to the entire life cycle of construction, the using of building materials and construction methods, to reduce the consumption of traditional fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas, and energy efficiency.
Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city low-carbon ecological park experience centre project Project Overview Fig. 1 Low carbon ecological park, experience perspective Fig.2 Building glass curtain wall in the south facade The ecological science and technology park low-carbon experience center (figure 2) project is located in the southern area of QiBu district Science and Technology Park of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city.
In addition, to maximize the use of space and energy efficiency, enhance the flexibility and interaction of the space, increase the green space landscape, as far as possible to use recyclable materials, etc. as far as possible to achieve the goal of true low carbon.
Currently, many of the so-called low carbon buildings just stay in the stage of focusing on the application of new materials, new technology and new equipment; it seems as if only combine the latest and best technology together is the real green and low-carbon.

With advances in science and technology, the interest to study the animals walking has
developed the demand for building the legged robots.
Based on this the cost of the project, materials required for fabrication and the number of actuators required can be determined.

While buffer analysis can be used for identifying the locations of hazardous chemical storage sites
in relation to residents living area, and can facilitate the evaluation of the threatened area in the
event of a leak or spill of hazardous materials.
What is GIS technology GIS is built upon knowledge from geography, cartography, computer science, mathematics, and etc.
The purpose is to facilitate the evaluation of the threatened area in the event of a leak or spill of hazardous materials.

These technologies continue to advance in parallel with developments in materials, computers and sensors.
The consolidation within the corporate reality of these concepts, e.g. high-speed machining or high performance machining, among others, has been possible thanks to advances in knowledge of the process and the constant innovations in materials, coatings, mechanical and computer science.

The development of the new chassis was motivated by the idea that locally positioned supporting cores can prevent buckling of the thin-walled sections and thus help to exploit the high yield stress of a high-strength steel.

Besides, the steel fibres and bagasse fibres are also considered as isotropic materials.
Both bagasse fibres and steel fibres are randomly generated in the model and treated as isotropic materials.
