Clad material manufactured by joining different materials can be considered as the stratified composite [1].
The properties of clad materials are determined by the selection of component materials to be joined and the stacking structure of different materials with various thicknesses and interface structure.
For the reliability of cladding materials, both mechanical and thermal bonding between dissimilar materials should be optimized.

Abstract.
Based on these features, we combined these two methods to create and investigate new candidates for successful composite materials.
Experimental Materials.
PEO (Mw=100,000 g/mol, Aldrich, USA) and PMMA (Mw=120,000 g/mol, Aldrich, USA) were chosen as the base material for the blend.
This structural change can delay the movement of organic materials at high temperature, resulting in the increase of thermal stability of matrix polymer.

Steel has a lower fatigue resistance than composite materials [2,3].
Natural fibres may be a better option for the environment than synthetic materials.
In addition, it has also been employed to reinforce thermoplastic lightweight materials.
Handcrafted polyamide hybrids contain natural materials.
The applied stress was distributed uniformly throughout the matrix materials [23,24].

Introduction
With the development of science and technology, brittle material is widely used in many high-tech
fields such as aerospace, optics and electronics etc, and the components have strict request for the
machining accuracy and surface quality.
In the grinding process of the brittle material, the removal mode of the material affects the surface quality.
The latest grinding research shows that although the brittle materials have great brittleness, they still could be machined in ductile mode with the optimized parameters, by which the surface quality of workpiece can be greatly improved.
The material used in the experiment is K9 glass, and the diamond grinding wheel is used.

Materials.
Compressive loading causes damage to the crystalline matrix of the material, which emits AE events.
Differences in the quantity and size of microcracks that formed during ageing of selected composites were also reflected in the acoustic activity of selected materials during loading.

However, there is a concern that as gamma rays eliminate microorganisms from the devices during sterilization, it may also change the molecular structure of the materials and significantly affect its intended clinical use.
