Introduction Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA), which is originated in 1995, is a new type of road surface material developed rapidly against the background of energy shortage and global warming[1].The mixing and construction temperature of WMA is between hot mix asphalt (HMA,150~180˚C) and cold mix asphalt(CMA,normal temperature) due to using specific technologies or additives, and its performance could reach up to or be close to the HMA[2].
Virgin Materials SBS modified asphalt is used in the test, and its technical indexes can meet the requirements of Specifications of China[3].

Sediment is a major nonpoint source pollutant, such as soil erosion and agriculture production, and the exchange of materials between water and sediment is the controlling component of the eutrophication process.
Phosphorus interacts with SS through adsorption and desorption, and phosphorus-laden sediment will settle down to the river bed when the flow velocity is low, in some conditions the phosphorus will release from the bed material layer, which may cause more serious water quality problem.
