Research Methodology Materials and specimens preparation.
Tensile test is important to determine the mechanical behavior of GFRP composite materials.
Decrease in mechanical properties is seen directly proportional to the increase in the percentage of water absorption of GFRP composite materials.

Introduction GaAs material is the second generation of new compound semiconductor materials after monocrystalline silicon found.
The material of the mold is nylon.
So the removal rate of the material is different.

A wide range of materials used as bulk materials or thin films are employed for manufacturing such devices [1-7].
Materials and methods Materials Gold thin films were deposited on three different materials in order to highlight substrate influence on the mechanical and tribological characteristics of the elaborated samples.
The materials employed for substrates were C45 steel, plastic (polycarbonate) and glass respectively.
The mechanical characteristics (Young’s modulus and nanohardness) of the studied materials were determined by nanoindentation tests which employed a TD21562 nanoindentor (sapphire cantilever with diamond tip).

With the progress of viscoelastic materials and damper structures, viscoelastic dampers are gradually used in earthquake engineering.
Parameters of Viscoelastic Dampers The properties of viscoelastic material have significant dependence of time, e.g. the material stress is not only a function of strain value, but also a function of strain history.
Loss factor η equals the ratio of shear loss modulus to shear storage modulus, which serves as an index to measure the energy dissipation capability of viscoelastic materials.
The area of viscoelastic material layer is 70mm by 40mm, and the thickness is 5mm.

Results and Discussions Solvent Extraction is a process which involves extracting oil from oil-bearing materials by treating it with a low boiler solvent.
It can be applied directly to any low oil content raw materials.
It can also be used to extract pre-pressed oil cakes obtained from high oil content materials.

The commercially available piezoelectric ceramic fibers or rods are based on lead zirconate titanate (PZT) compositions due to the superior electrical properties of these materials [2,3].
However, in the last decades use of lead based materials in every aspect of life is gradually being restricted through national laws or directives of international bodies due to the toxicity of lead and electronic equipment is no exception in this trend [4] and the ban will eventually be imposed on the piezoelectric materials as well.

Introduction Damping materials have been used in a variety of engineering applications for the purpose of noise and vibration reduction [1].
Different mechanisms operate in different damping materials to reduce noise and vibration.
The alloys were prepared from raw materials above 99.0% purity and melted in a high frequency induction furnace under vacuum.
This is similar to the magnetomechanical damping character of ferromagnetic materials observed by Cochardt.

Materials and Methods Sample Preparation A fresh frozen bovine cortical bone of femur was machined into 5mm thick perpendicular to its longitudinal axis by a low-speed diamond saw (Metkon, resin bonded diamond cut-off wheels).
Thus, it is believed that pre-heat treated bones can be excellent alternative materials for bone grafting.
