Activated materials in the electric box furnace can’t be fetched until they are cooled to room temperature.
The reason is that with the increase of the amount of activator, the carbon consumption of the raw materials gradually increases, and then the number of the pores increases.

The vaporizing generates an explosion phenomenon and the melted and vaporized material is thrown in the space between electrodes (work gap), where there is a circulation of a dielectric liquid; the melted and vaporized small particles of metallic materials are re-solidified and the particles of material detached from electrodes are removed from work gap by the dielectric fluid.
In order to be machined by wire electrical discharge processes, the workpiece material must be electroconductive; in the last decades, the researchers proved also the possibilities to apply the electrical discharge machining to certain ceramic materials and composite materials [4].

Logically speaking, if a mechanical signal is acted on an related mechanical nano-structure, the corresponding strain distribution will be produced in the structure; the built-in electric field will be resulted from the strain in system in some conditions (for instance, piezoelectricity of materials); the strain and built-in electric field will result in the change of electronic energy states (such as a shift); the change of electronic energy state will influence on the value of the tunneling current.
The pre-strain analyses of nano- plane material have been studied, such as of super-lattices, and a lot of papers have been published [4].
