Introduction Membrane materials play an important role in industrial fields.
Organic-inorganic composites have become favorable materials as they usually combine the advantages of the organic materials and the inorganic polymers [2-7].
Polymeric materials with higher chemical and thermal stability have been widely used as membrane materials.

Introduction Surface modification of metallic titanium by chemical treatments [1,2] and ion implantation [3] has been studied to induce bioactivity for implant materials.
Ti powder (average particle size = 68±15 mm, 99.9%) were used as raw materials.
These samples were evaluated by micro Fourier transform infrared reflection spectroscopy (micro FT-IR) (MICRO-20, JASCO co.) and thin film X-ray diffraction (TF-XRD) (MPX3, MAC Science, Japan).

Introduction Bisphenol A(2, 2–bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, BPA) is widely used as a major component of manufacturing polycarbonate resin and also as an antioxidant material for stabilizing in many plastic products.
The semiconductor TiO2 has been proved to be an excellent photocatalytic material on which many organic substrates have been shown to be oxidatively(in some cases reductively) degraded and ultimately mineralized completely under UV irradiation[8-10].
In acidic solution, the concentration of H+ is large, relatively concentration of OH- is very low, the corresponding raw materials that can generate hydroxyl radicals will decrease.
