At last, this model was applied in forecasting the demand for emergency materials in disaster.
Thus, applying the research result of the previous part of this article, we can establish a prediction model of the demand for emergency materials in disaster on the basis of different types of whitenization weight functions, therefore forecasting the demand for emergency materials in real time to provide the reference for emergency organizations and reduce the lost of citizens’ fortune and lives and the harm on the development of economy and society.
