There are two types of ionic conductors based on ceramic materials that can be used as electrolytes in fuel cell.
Recently, researchers are focused on the application of two-step sintering (TSS) method to fabricate dense ultra-fined ceramic materials.
Materials and Methods Sample preparation Raw materials of Ba(NO3)2 (99%,ACROS), Ce(NO3)3 (99.5%,ACROS), Zr(NO3)2O.xH2O (99.5%,ACROS) and Y(NO3)3.5H2O (99.9%, Aldrich) were used to prepare the Ba(Ce,Zr)O3 powders.

Introduction The interior cracks defect of brittle material cause high concentration of stresses which may affect the mechanical properties of materials.
For actual materials, there are several of complex cracks in heterogeneous materials (e.g., rocks) in some cases which can not be simply reduced to two dimensions.
They use different methods to make artificial crack in brittle materials such as different transparent casting resin, cement and mortar samples by changing the location of the original cracks to simulate the destruction of brittle materials.
We choose PMMA as the test materials.

Correlation Between Acoustic Emission and Internal Friction in Materials Vinogradov, A.
Background Acoustic emission (AE) is associated with elastic waves production by the sudden internal stress redistribution, or, to be more specific, stress relaxation in the materials.
AE and IF may also be of quite different nature at high strains where strain localization and micro fracture is observed in materials such as alloys and composites.

These applications often use composite materials and have specific requirements for mechanical properties.
Those composite modes include changing the interlacing of fiber thickness, multi-layer composite of different materials, etc[7-9].
Both the MSM film and the MNSSM film are completely mixed spinning of two materials.
In addition, we will use other materials to explore whether the characteristics of these three different composite spinning are universal.
