For bone tissue engineering, the ideal scaffolds must have the following basic characteristics [1, 2]: 1) Good biocompatibility and bio-safety.
The porosity, the average pore diameter, the compressive strength and the degradation rate in vitro can meet the requirements of scaffold materials of bone tissue engineering.
