Abstract.
Introduction Wide band-gap materials have shown attractive interests due to the limitations of silicon for high power systems [1].
As a wide band-gap material, silicon carbide (SiC) has higher breakdown field strength than those of many other power semiconductors.

Introduction
Nowadays, silicon carbide (4H-SiC) is recognized as the material of choice for the future efficient power electronics.
Interestingly, while RSH decreases with increasing temperatures in p-type material, it shows a slightly increasing trend in the n-type implanted layer.
The temperature dependence of ρC suggested that thermoionic field emission dominates the current transport for contacts onto p-type materials, whereas a tunneling mechanism rules the current transport for contacts onto n-type implanted SiC.

Experimental
Materials Acorn kernel were obtained from Nanjing Purple mountain( Fineness was above 200 mesh).
The testing results show about 6.5% content of polysaccharide in acorn kernel.which is higher slightly than the content level in other two raw materials.
The real starch content of acorn starch raw materials is up to 87.21%, amylopectin content of is up to 68.56%, polysaccharide content is 3.25%.

Emphasis on comfort, not in possession of resources and energy consumption as a precondition, but in comfort setting conditions for human residence, without the use of harmful building materials and decoration materials.
Too much pursuit of high-tech, high investment, to appropriate technologies, suitable for cost, which can reflect the characteristics and geographical localization materials construction is the important development pathway.
Building from the local ordinary materials and life, deep processing of resources lead to local industry consolidation, can also solve local employment and skills of cultural inheritance.
