The research results show that the use of cold briquetting ores, molten iron carbon oxidation rate increased from 15.01% to 17.68%, vanadium oxidation rate increased from 79.47% to 82.07%, the TFe content of vanadium slag reduced, the consumption of iron and steel materials decreased.
Experiments Use dust produced by steelworks (dust from vanadium-recovering converter and steel-making converter) as raw material, ingredients is shown in Table 1, add a part of oxide scale from hot rolling mill as aggregate to produce cold briquetting ore of the diameter 35 ~ 45mm.

The sample was made of piezo optic material.
This method relates to non-destructive testing methods and is based on the property of double refraction (optical anisotropy), which is observed in some isotropic transparent materials in the stress state.
However, the study obliged to be carried out not on the real, but on the model material, which reflects the actual properties of the materials only in the elasticity [9].

Therefore, the direct modeling method based on process flow were presented, which supposed all the materials are stored in corresponding aggregate virtual tanks.
To reduce variables and simplify model representation, only two elements such as units and materials are used to describe the refinery process.
Before presenting the proposed model, the nomenclature is as follows: Indices i: processing units, tanks, splitters or mixers j: raw materials, intermediates or final products t: time periods Sets T: set of time periods EM: set of processing units J: set of materials RJ: set of raw materials DJ: set of final products MX:set of mixers SP: set of splitters ST:set of storage tanks UN:set of all units, UN=EM∪HF∪ST IN(i):set of materials consumed by unit i OUT(i):set of materials produced by unit i XH(j):set of units consuming material j SC(j):set of units producing material j FCN(j,i):set of units that connect with the inside of unit i by the pipeline carrying material j BCN(j,i):set of units that connect with the outside of unit i by the pipeline carrying material j Parameters CiU: maximum process capacity of unit i CiL: minimum process capacity of unit i IijU: maximum storage tank i of material j IijL: minimum storage tank i of material j Pi'ijtU: maximum

The research of SiC and Si3N4 whiskers reinforced Si3N4 composites to improve its wear and mechanical properties Lianwei YANG 1,a, Jinhui Li2,b ,Ruijie WANG3,c 1Department of Material Science and Technology, Northeastern  University at Qinhuangdao Branch, Qinhuangdao 066004, China 2Department of Environment  Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing,10004 ,China 3Department of Environment  Science and Technology, Northeastern  University at Qinhuangdao Branch, Qinhuangdao 066004, China aemail: yllwo@126.com, bemail:yllw0@126.com, cemail: ruijiewang@163.com Keywords: SiC whisker; wear; Si3N4; composite; Abstract: To improve the wear and mechanical properties, SiC and Si3N4 whiskers reinforced Si3N4 composites were sintered by hot press sintering technique at 1800 and 1900°C for 1 h.
This uneasy fracture of the whiskers is the main reason for improvement in fracture toughness, and thus, the decrease in wear rate compared with those of the samples sintered at higher temperature and Si3N4 material.
By incorporation of Si3N4 ‘seed' particles and whiskers or whiskers made of other materials such as SiC, silicon nitride ceramics have been much improved not only in fracture toughness, but in wear properties compared with monolithic Si3N4 in both dry and lubricated conditions; the lower wear rate is probably related to improved fracture toughness or pull-out of the whiskers [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,].
For comparison, the properties of the Si3N4 material are also shown in Table 2.

In the collapse analysis, because of the materials’ linear elastic deformation and cracking, and the complex of structural dynamic response, it is very hard to get a accurate result using theory analysis method.
