When the size of nanoparticles dispersed the nanometer-sized polymer, the polymer can greatly improve the performance of the preparation to become a high- performance and high functional materials which may become a very attractive approach.
Experiment Materials.
We found that different levels of coupling the composite effect of different calcium carbonate , in the 1:1 complex whole complex viscosity materials is increasing, resulting in feeding difficulties at the time of injection molding experiments .
Therefore , the impact of nano-CaCO3 stress crack cracking and cracking toughened polypropylene system can have higher elastomer toughened polypropylene system has become a sort of "strong and tough" materials, help to improve the mechanical properties of the material.

Electrical conductivity of fiber can have the function of shielding; at present, shielding materials mainly include silver fiber, stainless steel fiber, and chemical nickel plating fiber, carbon fiber, the most widely used is stainless steel fibers.
So you should choose suitable weft density in practical production, shielding effectiveness of the fabric can be ensured and we won't have too much difficulty.[2] Fiber materials of equal length, weight, case, woven fabric of organizational structure will have a significant impact on its electromagnetic shielding.
