Introduction Semiconductor lasers emitting between 2 and 3μm are of great interest for a variety of important applications in cluding gas sensing,molecular spectroscopy and pollution control.For low coast,high performance diode lasers operating in the continuous wave (CW) regine at room temperature(RT) are required[1,2].A series of Sb-based device results have been obtained owing to the optimal materials growth, structure design and the improved output performance and excellent temperature of high-power lasers.

In addition, the dielectric material of discrete capacitor and the detection capacitor are different, so that the zero-bias will change as the temperature changes.
Its fabrication process and parameters are all same as the detection capacitors’, due to the material of the matching capacitor and detection capacitor are also consistent, zero-bias and bias temperature coefficient can obtain simultaneously compensation.

Analysis and Research on the Deformation of Flat Wall with Coating in the Tank Bian Peiying1,a 1 Xi’an University of Arts and Science, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China, 710065 a banry3@163.com Key words: Pressure tank, Flat wall, Membrane analogy, Superhard films, Simulation Abstract: The flat wall be used in the design of pressure tank, the flat wall is the weakest part in the tank, therefore, the most important is how to improve its stiffness and strength.
In order to solve the above problem, a mechanical analogy analysis way is proposed based on the theory of elastic mechanics films compared in this paper, to analysis deformation of the flat wall pressure vessel, the method is using different spraying material thickness according to the amount of deformation in different positions.
Uneven coating Fig 6 The deformation of the flat wall Figure a is a deformation of the pure Q345 material without coating, the maximum deformation is 0.68mm. b is the simulation of the whole surface of the same external spraying coating, the maximum deformation is 0.21mm. c is the uneven coating in accordance with the analysis, the maximum deformation is 0.09mm.
The next step will continue to analyze the change law of "between the inhomogeneous coating" ratio and length of edges and the material thickness, composition and other factors, it will be better for flat pieces of the application to provide theoretical data.
