In the case of conventional analysis, the
polycrystalline materials should be considered continuous and isotropic, while in the case of
nanometric cutting the materials should be considered as being composed of multidirectional single
crystal grains and anisotropy.
These results justified that the effect of crystallographic orientation of crystal materials exerts a great influence on the chip formation mechanism in nanometric machining process.
As most engineering materials are polycrystalline, microcutting force variation cant be avoided.
However, the crystallographic nature of cutting force variation can be minimized by the proper choice of substrate materials and machining process.

Abstract: In this paper, the calculation software HSC indium mine under vacuum carbothermal reduction reaction during the Gibbs free energy.
In recent years, the indium has become one of the indispensable in modern industry metal materials.
Thermodynamic Calculations Thermodynamic calculation formula This chapter uses the material Gibbs free energy for the reaction of thermodynamic study under different pressure and temperature.
According to tab3~5: The reaction (1~3) under the same pressure, With the increase of temperature, indium oxide carbothermal reaction more easily, The carbon content of materials with high In2O3:C molar ratio of 1:3, The reaction can generate elemental In;When the carbon content of less than In2O3:C molar ratio of 1:3, will produce intermediate InO, In2O.

Introduction.Protein adsorption is the first step after material was implanted into human body and
the protein layer formed on the surface will induce cell and tissue response to implanted materials.
