The technological system, even it is a metal cutting or a cold pressing one consists of machine-tool (or press), tools, devices, and raw material.
This way the tools can be adjusted as it to fit to different thicknesses of raw material.
That is the adjusting the bending tools to fit to a certain raw material thickness is under control.

Abstract: Void growth in aluminum single crystals is simulated using the finite element method, to
illustrate the effect of grain orientation on void growth, a rate dependent crystal plasticity constitutive
theory is implemented as a user-defined plasticity subroutine.
A user material subroutine in Fortran offered by Tang [13-14] was used to implement a rate dependent constitutive relationship from single crystal plasticity theory.

With the web, users can get processing data corresponding by ways of inputting the basic parameters (such as processing materials, feed, tools, and so on) in the system.
In the study, we use high speed cutting process parameters from experiments (changing the feed rate per tooth, cutting speed, tool materials) to train the network.
Users can determine the parameters of high-speed cutting according to different materials, feed per tooth, etc, as shown in the Fig. 3.

The materials used are the pure titanium foil (TR270C-H) and the stainless steel (SUS304-H) with 50mm thickness as the comparison material.
In contrast, the friction force increases from almost the same relative fluid pressure to yield stress p/sy in both materials.
In both of materials, the required relative fluid pressure to young modulus p/E to prevent the wrinkling is the same.

Another reason for workpiece deformations are internal stresses in the workpiece material which are released during the machining process.
In each simulation step, corresponding to the feed per tooth, the shape of the rotating tool is subtracted from the workpiece model and, thus, the material removal is simulated.
The mass of the material removed by the milling process is very low in comparison to the mass of the bar and, thus, its influence on the modal behaviour of the workpiece is neglected.
