Short-pile length 4.0m, pile diameter 450mm, the pile material plain concrete pile body strength to meet the C15.
The soil in this research were modeled as elasto-plastic materials following a Mohr-Coulomb criterion.
The piles, cushion and platform were assumed to be linearly elastic material.
The material properties of the various components are shown in Table 1.

Generally, soils with high dissolved salt, high resistivity and high acidity are more aggressive towards metallic materials.
Yan et al reported that the representative of red clay soils in South China were extremely aggressive towards various metallic materials, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel in this kind of soil was above 0.1 mm/year, classified as the severe or very severe level [2].
X52 pipeline steel is one of the main pipeline materials because of its good ductile fracture resistance ability and corrosion resistance, which is widely used in natural gas, hydrocarbons and crude oil transport industry.

Because the crystal X ray diffraction and magnetic materials were used in residual stress measurement, it had no material separation or machining, and it could directly measure residual stress.
The penetration depth of X ray in the iron, steel or other metal materials was about 10, therefore it only could measure the residual stress on surface.
