Abstract.
Before the ZnO films deposition, the target was pre-sputtered for 5 min in order to remove the surface impurities of the target materials.

Material properties.
The material properties of the steel and bolt are obtained from standard tensile tests on coupons and from the bolt certificate of quality respectively, showing in Table2.

We know that biodegradation is not indigenous to material characteristic, but is an affinity with environmental state.
Experimental Conditions.The test material was 1g; inoculum vol. was 200mL in each biodegradation reaction bottle.
Reference material was oleic acid, test material was hydraulic oil.

Tensile breaking strength
The original data of the tensile fracture properties of the filtering material is showed in Table 3-1.
The tensile strength of the high tenacity filtering material is showed in Table 3-2.
Air permeability The experimental data of the filter material’s air permeability property is showed in Table 3-4.

2.1 Contact angle measurement
Some abutilon, Jerusalem artichoke and sunflower leaves are collected from the Children Park and the Nanhu Park, Changchun, Jilin Province, contact angle of four typical leaves were measured by contact angle meter (DSA100, accuracy of 0.1°, made by KRUSS).
