All materials were machined along the abutting edges and chemically etched prior to welding.
Due to the thickness of the materials being welded, it is not possible to determine a true plane strain fracture toughness.

Zhang and Feng [5] carried out an esterification reaction using chlorosulfonic acid and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as raw materials.
Only 5% of material conversion can be observed after reaction time 4 hours without N,N-dimethyl-dodecylamine.

In effect the materials that may be joined include steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, nickel etc.
A further method for modifying the interface properties and improve weldability of dissimilar materials such as steel and aluminum has been to interpose an intermediate layer between the two materials [22-26], for example AA1050.
The main advantage of EXW is the ability to preserve individual properties of materials.
The explosion welding is currently used almost exclusively to obtain flat plates with two or more layers, of different materials or similar materials but with different characteristics.

Introduction Porous carbon materials can be synthesized using various carbonaceous precursors such as coal, lignite, shell, wood and etc. via carbonization process and the synthesized materials called as active carbons [1].
However the size of pores is limited to the thickness of the wall of mesoporous materials.
Electrochemical Properties Cyclic voltammetry is an important technique to characterize the EDLC materials.

Using climate information drawn from historical weather records and future climate projections, existing deterioration models were refined to include climate data into modeling runs in order to analyze changes to deterioration rates of different materials when impacted by a change in climate variables.
To address this deficiency, numerical models involving simultaneous transient diffusion and long term deterioration reactions for various construction materials are being developed.
Different port structures consist of a range of construction materials; predominantly concrete, steel and timber.
