(2) Using nonlinear FEA in research of the mechanical performance and properties of shear connectors has enough engineering precision.
Therefore, the performance test of single row shear connectors doesn't have much instructiveness in practical engineering.

Abstract.
The normal and tangential direction stiffness coefficient in discrete element simulation is determined by: Based on the selected meso-parameters, = 0.35,then: We can see that the determined meso-parameters compliance with the engineering practice.
Because of the complexity of the holomorphic thermal characteristics, this simulation model is quite rough, along with algorithm unceasing consummation, I believe that the results of the simulation will be closer to engineering practice.

The graduates and engineers lack necessary communication skills and management knowledge.
In addition, according to results of American Industrial Academy, 70% of engineers will be responsible for works of construction management after the age of 40.
Compared with Civil Engineering Technology, if students who major in construction management are not outstanding in management, companies are likely to hire those whose major are Civil Engineering Technology to manage the process of operation.
