The mixtures were let in ball mill, grinded with milling medium (zirconia ball diameter 3~5 mm, material and ball ratio 1:3) to average particle size 1.2 μm and oven-dried at 105 ℃ for 2h, then sintered at 960 ℃ for 2h.
