At present, the research approach of the flame retarding asphalt for tunnels in China is introduced from the successful experience in high molecule flame retardant used in building materials, with proper improvement and applied in the asphalt road surface of tunnels, which has achieved certain results [2, 3], and can reach the standard of flame resistance level-2 [4, 5].
Testing materials and flame retarding system In the pre-stage experiment, flame retarding asphalt with LOI over 27 has been successfully researched, which reaches the international flame resistance level-2 standard.
Liaohe 90# base material asphalt is selected for the experiment; the flame retardants are TCEP, APP, DBPE, SB and ZB, and smoke inhibitor is ATH.
Analysis of rheological performance The Dynamic Shear Rheometer is a kind of general instrument used for assessing flowing characteristics of high-molecule materials.

In most cases a higher classification accuracy can be achieved with RBF kernel function and one-against-one classification method [9]. 150 feature vector samples in each category (450 in all) were used as experiment materials, 80 samples (240 in all) were randomly chosen for train fault classifier, and the rest 210 samples were used as testing samples.
