Furthermore, during the synthesis, the solid-state reaction conditions including raw materials, matching proportion of reactants, additions of inert substance, addition of trace solvents, surfactants and porphyrization time, etc, all have some influence on the morphology, particle size and size distribution of the final products.
Recently it has become a foundation for developing special materials and has been active in the fields of physical, chemical and materials science research [1].
Meanwhile, it is in a unique position in materials science and life science for its film-forming properties, easy purification, high melting point, stabilities and ideal antibacterial effect.

Not only seismic activities but also radical change in service purpose, material deterioration over time and an enhancement of lateral load demand could require upgrading structural performance.
The buckling of the brace compression members and material softening due to Bauschinger effect cause brittle failure under cycling loading.

Therefore, the design principle of SISDG is to improve the strength of CSM and to resist shrinkage cracks or temperature shrinkage crack, coarse aggregate should form a stable framework; in order to reduce the coefficient of contraction and thin "surplus" cement paste, the fine aggregate should closely fill the void of framework formation; in order to improve the structure durability and performance, the binding materials should coat aggregate to make the loose mineral aggregate forms a whole; in order to better simulate the vibratory road roller’s compaction on the road material in construction site, using vibration method to compact specimen.

The usual method of machining hardened materials includes rough turning, followed by heat treatment, and then grinding process.
The selected work material has been skin turned before hardening to 54 HRC to bring in to the uniform cross sectional area throughout the length and also to remove unwanted sticking of foreign materials.
