Reinforced concrete is the current main material to build liquid-storage structure.
Although the geometric and material non-linear factors were considered, but the structural integrity of liquid-storage was ignored, so that the conclusions have no universal.

Introduction Since the invention of stainless steel at the beginning of the 20th century, it is recognized as one of the most important contemporary materials, especially in the construction fields [1].
It can not be corroded, rusted or frayed, and it’s also one of the highest strength construction materials.
The strength and hardness of metal materials is enhanced with the increase of the materials cold deformation extent, but the toughness and plasticity decreases.
