The effect of different lead frame materials is examined to identify
the mechanical characteristics and the different shapes of the lead frame with same SMD type are
investigated to distinguish the reliability.

Abstract: This experiment has taken a research on the conductivity changes of 7075 aluminum alloy after being extruded and two-step aging treatment,and has done a analysis on the theory and rules of the impact on conductivity performance under the two-step aging treatment.Compared to cast aluminum alloy and extruded aluminum alloy without two-step aging process,the experiment showed that extruded alloy with two-step aging treatment has the highest conductivity about 44% IACS, 33.3% more than under casting condition and 22.2% more than only being extruded.
Introduction 7075 aluminum alloy belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu super-hard aluminum series.With the advantage of high strength,and less weight,the aluminum alloy has been widely used in aviation industry until today[1,2].The rapid development of aviation industry has posed an increasingly high demand for the comprehensive performance of materials,and in particular for the performance of electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity [3].Based on the research which was on thermal performance of materials by our pioneers,we have started the research on the electrical conductivity performance of 7075 aluminum alloy under extrusion and two-step aging treatment to looking for ways to increase conductivity.so as to provide the basis theoretically and experimentally for the futher and better exploration and ultilization of 7075 aluminum alloy.
