In this paper, the influence of the mechanical properties of the rubber powder on concrete materials is studied experimentally [6, 7].
Experimental Overview 2.1 Materials (1) The cement is the ordinary portland cement and its strength label is 32.5R
And the shortcomings of the high elastic modulus and brittleness of concrete materials are modified.
The main reason is due to the rubber powder with low elastic modulus mixing with other materials in the concrete balancing the elastic modulus of the rubber concrete.

Therefore, when opening the mold, the molding can be removed directly without solidified materials in the pouring gate, and the cleaning of sprue is not required, so as to save raw materials greatly and increase productivity.
Knowledge 2: The sprue diameter calculation expression: Where, A is the total surface area of the plastic product (not the projected area), C and N - empirical parameters, related to thickness of the product t and plastic materials.

Introduction A growing interest in multi-component aluminium alloys (series 2xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx) is due to, among other things, by an advantageous strength-density ratio of the these materials.
For the purpose of metallographic tests conducted with the light microscope, the samples were mounted in the conductive thermohardening resin and next underwent grinding and polishing in compliance with the procedure developed at the Chair of Materials Science at Silesian University of Technology.
Good strength-related properties of the joints were obtained owing to relatively low stirring of the weld material with the parent metal.

High frequency induction heating is one of the heating sources, which is very effective for conductive materials such as metals.
Materials with green densities below 70.0 % of the theoretical value are not suitable to be effectively sintered via induction heating, especially if high sintering temperatures are sought.

Vesic and Clough [7] consider that: This is because there is a broken value for the coarse-grained soil and other bulk granular materials, and when it is more than this broken value, the initial void radio and the dilatancy effects on the strength of the impact will be significantly weakened, and the particle breakage will gradually become the dominant factor affecting the strength.
