A Research on the Aided Method for Design of the Hot Runner Structure of Injection Molds

Article Preview

Abstract:

One of the most important technology for mold design is using the Hot-Runner (HR) system, which should be supported by much of experience and knowledge. Based on repository, this paper has presented a way to design the structure of gates, manifolds, nozzles of the HR. The system is successfully used to design multi-cavity injection molds.
