Through FPGA controls the laser external trigger signal,at the same time for image processing, according to the two speckle image,choose the method of point by point analysis, calculating the measured surface deformation, then according to the theory of elastic mechanics related and cutting tool’s material constitutive relation, getting the strain and stress field.
Due to when the cutting tool cut difficult materials in high-speed intermittent, producing the thermal stress, but this condition should be measured by this method.The speckle measurements can not measure aimlessly the entire process, what state of the stress field is more representative, it should be given some of typical cutting conditions by the finite element analysis, let the measurement system targeted to measure.

The materials of overturning platform in this study include: Q345B was used in assemble body and assembly body of base; 40Cr was used in overturning shaft and the front and back pin shaft of hydraulic cylinder; 45 steel was used in hydraulic cylinder; the remaining parts are ensured materials by the design drawings.
Q345B are used as the material of the overturning platform is adopted, and the yield strength of the material is σx=345 MPa.

The primary cutting zone, the main material removal area, bears the main cutting force, and materials in this zone broke into debris in large-scale.
Conclusions From above analysis, the following conclusions could be drawn: (1) Axial turning-grinding of ceramic materials is a practical method, which could greatly improve the efficiency of ceramic materials processing and reduce processing costs.
