In Fig.2, data measured for B10 are shown.
Compared with B0 blended fuel in Fig.1, CO emission after 100s was reduced between 5% and 10%, but the reduction of HC emission was not observed significantly.
The HC and CO reduction of B10 performed was not observed much significantly from the B0 (gasoline), while B30 clearly reduced HC and CO emissions.
In Fig.4 and Fig.5, at 100 s, for B30, the percentage of the reduction of HC and CO was about 15% and 20% respectively.

(see table 2.2) Table 2 The Failure Load Number KWL1-1 KWL1-2 KWL2-1 KWL2-2 Test Specimen(KN) 76.5 79.2 136.1 132.6 78.4 81.6 152.7 151.9 Average Value(KN) 77.85 131.85 80.0 152.3 According to data in table 2.2, compare KWL1-1with KWL1-2 and KWL2-1with KWL2-2, it showed that when the amount of FRP bars added, the bearing capacity increase obviously, but compare KWL1-1with KWL2-1 and KWL1-2with KWL2-2, it showed that when the ratio of FRP bars enhanced but the amount of bars keep the same, the bearing capacity increase unconspicuous.
Theoretical Computation 3.1Computation Model According to the mode maken by Malek, and combine with near surface mounted, we got the new computation model (see figure 2).Think about the reduction of bearing capacity result of stiffness degradation which influence by cracking of concrete, we assume that: (1) Normal stress and shear stress are mutual independence; (2) Debonding failure is result of bond failure between the adhesive layer and concrete for shear stress concentration at the ends of FRP bar.
So in the equation 3-23, it should add a reduction factor ‘’, the formula show like this: (3-24) =, : reduction factor; : amount of FRP bars 4.
Bearing capacity do not increase manifold as the amount of FRP bars increase, it needs some reduction.. 3.
Research the variation trend of of the reduction factor ‘’ while amount of FRP bars increase, and also provide the numeric area of the reduction factor ‘’ by experiment..

At first, by passing over the two week’s real data, a rent-return database is initialed.
Clustering analysis of data set aims at discovering smaller, more homogeneous groups from a large heterogeneous collection of data points and it is an important unsupervised classification technique used in identifying some inherent structure present in a set of objects.
The idea comes from partition technology according to data distribution.
The algorithm partition data points into K initial cluster, and calculate the initial cluster centers.

Introduction Magnetic materials are widely used as essential components for a large variety of industrial and technological applications including, and not limited to, automotive industry, consumer electronic, data storage and processing, and next generation microwave (MW) devices [1-8].
Since M-type has a significantly higher saturation magnetization than Co2Y (more than double), the presence of 10% of this phase in the sample (from XRD data) should lead to a significant increase in saturation magnetization with respect to Co2Y, contrary to the observed value which is almost identical to that for Co2Y.
This substitution for Fe ions may occur partially at the 3bVI site, which is responsible for the reduction in the strength of the superexchange interactions as argued in the context of discussing the magnetic data of this sample.
Since the hyperfine parameters of different magnetic phases with different structural symmetries are generally different, full analysis of the spectra of these samples was carried out in order to support the results of the structural and magnetic data.
This reduction in saturation magnetization was accompanied by a noticeable reduction in the hyperfine fields of the Mg-substituted Y-type hexaferrite.

(3) Reduction of sludge AMAO process can also adopt multilevel AO operation mode in turn, and to control the sludge concentration for reducing the sludge amount. ① Sludge reduction is realized through multilevel AO alternate operation mode based on the theory of metabolic decouple.
The process for controlling the low DO aeration mainly includes main parts: One is the model building process, that is, through the analysis of the historical operation data or online operation data about the specific sewage treatment plant, to determine some characteristic parameters and compensation parameters shown in the process of biological treatment.
Even under broken DO instrument, according to the model of the historical data and some proposed parameters, the system still can ensure the safe operation of the aeration basin, on condition that you need to increase the safety control redundancy against the disturbance.
In August 2011, the operation data as show below (water feeding from grit chamber, while water outlet from secondary sedimentation tank).
We can see from the operation data that reduction of the DO value did not cause negative influence on the removal efficiency of the pollutants, meanwhile, BOD5, COD and NH4+-N all can reach the emission standard level A, SS meet the emission standard level B, TP close to the level 1 of the emission standard.

The quantitative predictions of mixing rates at different engine speed substantiate the cause of soot emission reduction at higher engine speed.
The predicted in-cylinder pressure and heat release histories are compared with the measured data and found to be closely matching with the experimental results.
Hence, the reduction of soot emission with increase in speed is attributed to increase in rate of mixing and lean operating conditions as evident from Figures 2 and 4 respectively.
Hence, there is a reduction in soot emission at higher speeds due to enhanced fuel-air mixing.

Herein, we reported a SERS substrate with alloyed Au-Ag nanospheres prepared via a reduction method of two-step seed growth method in liquid phase.
SERS tests have been performed by the confocal microscope Raman spectrometer system (Horiba, LabRAM HR) with an excitation wavelength of 785 nm, a laser of 5 mW, exposure of 5 secs and accumulation for one time; the power is halved, and 15 points of SERS data is acquired on each sample.
As mentioned above, Au seeds are prepared in the way of liquid phase reduction.
The SERS spectra are obtained with a laser wavelength of 785 nm, laser power of 5 mW, a duration of 5 s’, halved power attenuation and a one-time scanning. 15 points of SERS data have been collected on each sample; the average is calculated as the SERS intensity, and a possible deviation could be avoided.
A 5*5 array has been created from the intensity of the main characteristic peaks and some corresponding ones, and the data are later imported into the PCA [30-33] algorithm, thus the variance contribution ratio and the cumulative variance contribution ratio could be obtained.

So, it’s very important to establish a clear urban carbon reduction target to research accumulation and assessment framework of carbon emissions data, also, it’s more important to establish a calculation model with high reliability of carbon emission used to evaluate the data.
This method sets high requirement and its data is highly representative.
If the representativeness and accuracy of data of sample cannot be guaranteed, the data finally got cannot stand for the actual carbon emissions. 2 Emission coefficient method This states the quantity ratio of unit product to pollution it discharges under common technical, economical and administrative conditions.
