Introduction In recent years, nanoparticles of gadolinium oxides Gd2O3, as a new contrast agent, have been extensively studied due to their properties especially such as optical and magnetic ones, which can be very useful in many fields such as imaging, diagnosis and therapy. [1,2,3] The structure of nanoparticles consists in a core of gadolinium oxide encapsulated by a polysiloxane shell which can be functionalised by organic compounds.

The formation mechanism of reducing substances in injection system HPAM is polyelectrolyte and its molecular chain is flexible structure, so its molecular form is very sensitive to ions in solution and can easily produce precipitation if reacts with metal ions in solution.
