Various materials have been developed in recent years for the coagulation and flocculation purposes.
Among them are inorganic-based coagulants, organic-based flocculants as well as hybrid materials [4].
Many materials have been developed and successfully used in removing pollutants from wastewater, there is still a need to improve their performance and reduce the cost of production.

Introduction
Thermal diffusivity of food and agricultural materials is one of the most important thermo-physical characteristics parameters in the design of processes, equipments, and machines needed in drying, storing, aeration and refrigeration.
Material and methods Theoretical background Thermal conductivity values of agricultural materials have been determined by either the steady-state heat flow or transient heat flow method.
For this reason, the transient heat flow method has been preferred by many researchers to determine the thermal conductivity of agricultural materials.
