The material selection is very important as it is vital to ensure that the materials used to create the bioreactor do not give any adverse reaction from the cultured cells.
All the materials that have been chosen are usable at 37ºC in a humid atmosphere.
Since the materials need to be autoclaved, all the materials are able to withstand numerous cycles of high temperature and pressure.

However, MMCs are extremely difficult to machine (turning, milling, drilling, threading) due to the addition of reinforcing materials, which are normally harder and stiffer than the matrix.
The appropriate cutting parameters in machining these materials with high efficiency and quality have been obtained.

The composites materials based on the epoxy matrix and reinforcing fibers are extensively used in aircraft structures due to their high specific characteristics.
Introduction To achieve ever greater mechanical performance, innovative materials continue develop.
These materials are assembled by drilling and riveting and / or bolting, and hundreds of thousands of rivets or bolts are required for the assembly of an airplane.
We notice that the three curves of the three SCF materials have a similar appearance.
