Nanoscale materials find applications in bio-sensing, media recording, optics, catalysis, and environmental remediation [1].
Given that such materials are organic in nature they are responsible for the charging effect observed.
Normally, it is common to use hydrogen peroxide, a strong oxidizing agent and/or catalyst in the degradation of most materials [14].

Abstract.
The technologies of parallel leveling and tension leveling are adaptive to the roll system of combination leveler, which not only can improve leveling precision, but also can erase the influence of negative torque on leveling roll, thus improving the leveling strength capacity of leveling materials.
During this process, the overall bending deformation of material is ∑C , wherein 0CCC w −=∑ , as shown in Fig. 2(a).
During this process, if the material lies in elastic deformation period, after passing this leveling element, the residual curvature is cC , wherein fwc CCC −= , and the recovery curvature is fC , due to the pure elastic procedure, ∑= CCf , the curvature of material will be recovered to the initial curvature 0C , i.e., 0CCc = .
After passing through the leveling element, the curvature of material was called residual curvature cC , wherein fwc CCC −= , and the material would be recovered, the curvature of deformation recovery was nominated as fC , EI M Cf ∑= , ∑M is the bending torque of this bending element.

Introduction
Organic-inorganic hybrid materials have gained much attention because of their potential applications in optics, electronics, and catalysis[1-4].
Polyoxometalate anions have recently been employed as inorganic building blocks for the synthesis of the functional hybrid materials[5-7].
Considerable interest has been shown in recent years to prepare the hybrid material of R6G with inorganic materials.
Experimental Section Materials.

Experiments
Experimental Materials.
(1) The raw materials are put into the crucible.
(2) After adding the raw materials, we begin to vacuumize.
(3) We turn up the power gradually in the heating process until the raw materials melt totally
(4) The argon gas as protective gas is filled in the whole smelting process to prevent the raw materials from oxidating.
