A copper wire is drawing from (4.3 mm) into (3.5 mm) diameter with an area reduction of 1.65, 34% ratio.
All the weight and wear rate data are listed in Table (3).
The tensile test for copper wire before and after wire drawing process for all test the dies. 9.2 Wire Product Hardness The fact that wire drawing makes wire harder throughout every reduction operation, particularly continuous reduction processes, is one of the techniques most significant advantages.
Also, increasing the wire alignment decreased the hardness due to the reduction of the normal load due to the angle.
Increasing the speed increased the tensile strength with reduction in elongation and ductility of the wire before and after testing.

A major concern to the effective use of composite laminates is the substantial reduction in the compressive strength when the contact force has exceeded the delamination threshold load (DTL).
The further application is however restricted by the susceptibility of current carbon-fibre/epoxy system to low velocity impact (LVI) damage, which may cause enormous strength reduction [1-4].
QSI tests can significantly reduce the number of samples in getting the contact force/dent depth data.
This phenomenon can be linked to the global stiffness reduction triggerd by the cumulative damage from previous stage.
The reduction in global stiffness makes the laminate more flexible which will increase the contact area between the indenter under the same dent depth.

Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the structure parameters of the cutting head, which has a important theoretical and practical significance for the reduction of the energy consumption.
Optimization Model of Cobalt Crust Cutting Head Structure Parameter On the basis of large amounts of data and test, John Halkyard and his company take the best method for crushing cobalt crusts and bedrock should be the spiral mining head, disc cutter cutting, drag cutter cutting and water jet cutting.
According to data and statistics, the most economical method to collect cobalt crust is spiral mining head, which is researched in this article.
An appropriate reduction of traction speed is helpful for the increase of the chip thickness and the reduction of energy consumption.
And this is a great help to the reduction of energy consumption and the improvement of energy efficiency.

Results and discussion Fig. 1 XRD patterns of (a) pure aluminum hydroxide and (b) the catalyst after reduction in hydrogen atmosphere at 400 ℃ XRD patterns of pure Al(OH)3 and the catalyst after reduction in hydrogen atmosphere at 400 ℃ for 1 h are shown in Fig. 1.
Fig. 1 pattern (a) shows the XRD pattern of pure Al(OH)3 and Fig. 1 pattern (b) shows the XRD pattern of the catalyst after reduction, it can be seen that the peaks of the catalyst support changed a lot after reduction.
TEM data suggested that there were more carbon onions encapsulating metallic cores in the product synthesized using C-1.
The data indicated that when alumina was used as support to prepare catalysts by impregnation, if the content of iron was low, the catalyst containing small-sized iron nanoparticles was obtained, while if the content of iron was increased catalysts containing large-sized and agglomerated iron nanoparticles in the range 45-65 nm were obtained, revealing the weak interaction between alumina and iron nanoparticles and the correspondingly high mobility of iron nanoparticles on catalyst support.

A chemical plant in vinyl acetate synthesis reaction as the object of study, based on site data collection and mechanism analysis to determine the auxiliary variables on the basis of on-site data processing, through a combination of genetic algorithms and neural network combined to build a synthetic reaction model.
For this optimized BP Neural Network Based on Self-adapted Genetic Algorithm, by comparing the simulation data obtained by the instance of the digital signal proved that this method has better prospects than traditional neural network algorithm.
Pressure As the vinyl acetate synthesis reaction of acetylene and acetic acid is a volume reduction of the reaction, so in theory to increase the pressure on the synthesis is advantageous.
Furthermore, because most of the gas is recycled, the conversion rate of the acetylene is only about 10%, in terms of the entire system, the reduction in volume is limited.
According to the mechanism of the reaction process, the on-site production process monitoring data and auxiliary variable selection principle, consulting scene process operator, decides that the input layer of the neural network including temperature, pressure, space velocity, and molar ratio.

The results were compared with the experimentally measured data, which confirmed the accuracy and applicability of the method.
Very good agreement can be observed between the model predictions and the actual data.
The reason is that the reduction of mold temperature leads to a more significant reduction of parameter k in elements closer to walls, i.e. element A, which with respect to equation 5, will finally result in a higher increase of end time of curing for element A compared with element B.
The applicability of the developed model has also been verified by the comparison of the calculated state of cure profile with experimentally measured data.

These results can be used as reference data for ship design.
These results will provide reference data for ship design by determining the optimum protection potential with regards to hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking.
The cathodic polarization showed concentrated polarization caused by the dissolved oxygen reduction reaction and activation polarization caused by hydrogen generation.
The current density in the passivity range of the anodic polarization curve was greater than that in the dissolved oxygen reduction reaction range of the cathodic polarization curve.
For the cathodic polarization of 5456 Al alloy, the turning point between concentration polarization due to the oxygen reduction reaction (O2 + 2H2O + 4e → 4OH ) and activation polarization due to hydrogen gas generation (2H2O + 2e → H2 + 2OH ) was approximately -1.70 V (SSCE) in our tests.
