Introduction In the modern science and technology, the microwave and infrared absorption technique are more and more important for applying special fields.
Due to the equipment considerations, the microwave dielectric coatings often need to be coated with glue on the substrate to decline electromagnetic wave. [1] Silicon Carbide, as brand semiconductor materials, gets high microwave and infrared absorption properties for adulterating in high-temperature environment [2].
Especially, β-SiC is an infrared transparent material with an average grain size of 5-10μm.

Local damage in a mechanics structure always causes reduction of local structural stiffness, so that these variations can be denoted using change of material elastic coefficients of the local structure.
Dynamics model of a damaged structure can be established using the modified material elastic coefficients in local damage position of the structures, and it may not be necessary to depict the geometry of small damage.
Material density and elastic modulus are 7800kg/m3 and 206E9, respectively.
