Further reduction of trace level ion from ultra pure water and its effect on electrical property of device.
The metallic impurity data using the ion exchange filter in our study is shown in table 1.
From the data, we confirm that the newly developed filter acts on perfectly removing amines and metallic impurities, even though the UPW contains the ppq level impurities. 0 500 1000 1500 2000 2500 3000 3500 Na Al Zn Count of atom(1E10 atoms/cm2) Without ion exchange filter 10 min With ion exchange filter 10 min Without ion exchange filter 30 min With ion exchange filter 30 min 0 20 40 60 80 100 120 Fe Cu Count of atom(1E10 atom/cm2)Without ion exchange filter 10 min With ion exchange filter 10 min Without ion exchange filter 30 min With ion exchange filter 30 min Figure 5: Amount of metals (Fe,Cu) on wafer which was immersed in ultra pure water with or without being passed through ion exchange filter.
The data clearly shows that high field Qbd value much improves, when employing the filter.
The data reveal that it has the excellent removal efficiency for removing both impurities.

The results were compared with the experimentally measured data, which confirmed the accuracy and applicability of the method.
Very good agreement can be observed between the model predictions and the actual data.
The reason is that the reduction of mold temperature leads to a more significant reduction of parameter k in elements closer to walls, i.e. element A, which with respect to equation 5, will finally result in a higher increase of end time of curing for element A compared with element B.
The applicability of the developed model has also been verified by the comparison of the calculated state of cure profile with experimentally measured data.

Primarily because of their high specific strength and stiffness, these composite materials could also be used in Automobiles weight reduction and other applications.
This reduces the generation of greenhouse gases as they are produced during the bauxite processing and alumina reduction. 1.2 Stir Casting Method for Fabrication of MMC’s Fig.1 Stir casting setup Stir Casting is a liquid state method of composite materials fabrication, in which a dispersed phase (ceramic particles, short fibers) is mixed with a molten matrix metal by means of mechanical stirring.

It results in the essential reduction of orientation anisotropy of polar {0001} faces etching.
Performance data of the devices depend on presence of structural defects in crystals, including radiation defects.
The greatest increase of the etching rate is observed in the direction of [0001]Si that results in significant (more than an order) reduction of orientation anisotropy of the rate of etching of polar faces (Fig. 1).
Earlier data [4] show that the concentration of generated point defects (interstitial atoms and vacancies) is, at least, not lower than 1022 cm-3 at high doses of irradiation, i.e. is significantly higher, than the concentration of impurities at extremely high levels of doping.

Such data allowed to achieve full characterization of carbide sintering.
Lack of interest in sintering single-phase carbide materials is synonymous with the lack of data on describing such process with models, which in most cases depend on measurements of sintering kinetics.
Data shown in table concern spherical grains, with no grain growth during sintering.
Measurements of sintering shrinkage under isothermal conditions in determined characteristic sintering temperatures confirmed data obtained from measurements during non-isothermal heating.
Combining the obtained data for TiC0,8 suggest, that the optimal sintering temperature is 2000°C.

This makes it difficult to reconstruct the data.
Additionally, LPP and OLPP are unsupervised dimensionality reduction methods which do not take the label information into account.

Conclusions In this paper, a novel dimensionality reduction approach KONPDA is developed.

The color of gold complex disappeared after the reduction step, indicating the gold ions were reduced.
The TEM image of gold nanomaterials after the UV reduction shows that the gold nanomaterials have multilayer structure as shown in Fig. 2(a).
From the SAXS data of the gold complex, D3OTP and LiAuCl4, this hypothesis was confirmed.
From the 1H-NMR of the dispersed solution, the alpha protons (-CH2SCH2-) disappeared (data is not shown).
Coordination of gold cations with hydrophilic part in D3OTP induced the layer structure of D3OTP, then control the crytal growth direction during the reduction process.

In order to reduce the pollution caused by urban waste and reuse the resources, requirements of harmlessness, reduction in amount and recycle are made in the field of municipal waste disposal.
Due to the excellent reduction effect of the waste incineration technology along with its advantages of recycle and safe treatment, this kind of technology developed rapidly and took up a large proportion in the garbage disposal methods.
Therefore, the article proposes a centralized source classification approach to achieve targets of reduction, recycle and safe treatment in waste management.
Artificial neural network is inspired by biological neural network system and the application of computers to simulate its calculation function, which can effectively deal with nonlinear, incomplete data with good reliability and fault tolerance.[1] Neural network can be used to recognize the garbage in the video to achieve the automatic classification of garbage. 2 Pretreatment and characteristics of the garbage video 2.1 The read of Video Frames The method in this paper, the video camera is applied to collect the information of garbage.
When it is trained, the corresponding output weights of the data center at each hidden node will no longer change, and the neural network can enter the working state.

In this paper, the model of the fixing plank which was shown in fig.1(a) was established in Solidworks , and the modeling process was according to the original designing data strictly.
After that, the engineering data and the boundary conditions should be set as described above.
Set the target reduction of the optimization to 20% and 38% separately, and then run the order.
Fig.4 shows the optimization result when set the target reduction to 20%.
Fig.5 shows the optimization result when set the target reduction to 38%.

Numerical Example Analysis In order to study power generation rights trade model under the complementary mechanism of wind and thermal power, this papers collects the data of thermal power and wind power generating units in a given area in our country.Since the complementary mechanism of wind and thermal power is used for reducing wind energy curtailment and increasing wind power integration, therefore when carries on the network loss allocation, wind power should be responsible for a greater proportion of the loss allocation fee, this paper assumes that wind power for loss allocation proportion is 70%, at the same time this paper assume that generation rights network loss in this region is 2%, when the wind and thermal power generation trading , loss allocation coefficients are, .
There are 4 thermal power units and 2 wind power generation units in this region, thermal power generating data are shown in Table 1.
According to the principle of the “high-high matching”, and referring to Table 1 to arrange the unit cost of the thermal units power generation by descending order, and arrange the pool purchase price of the wind turbines by descending order based on the above data setting to complete the trade, the final matching results are shown in Table 3.
In terms of the whole power generation costs before or after the generation rights trade, after the trade, since thermal power units transferred power to wind turbines to generate power, a significant reduction in the whole cost of generating power decreased by about 68% compared with before the generation rights trade.
