A constant ratio of cementitous materials (Portland cement plus Sebha kaolin) to sand was set at 1 to 3 by weight, and water to cementitous materials ratio was maintained at 0.485.
Portland cement was replaced by kaolin material at the rate of 10% by weight of cementitous materials.

In order to manufacture hypoid gear qualified on the machine, the need for multiple cut and try to adjust the processing parameters, this process leads to the waste of human and material resources, but also can not adapt to current market requirements for product development.

Considering differentiation of rock formation, we must select matrix materials with proper wear resistance, which is an important way to improve penetration rate [3,4].
Since bit matrix and granite were both brittle materials, they produced small caved blocks easily in friction and wear process, which generated occlusion in the interface.
