Abstract
This study aims to characterize the structure and properties of crocodile bone to assess the potential
for use in biomedical applications.
X-ray data confirmed the inorganic material is single phase hydroxyapatite (Hap).
The TGA/DTA data confirms that the organic material is removed at 500 degrees.
The crystallinity is an important factor when considering the use of materials for bone replacement as lower crystallinty materials are more suited to bone graft [9].

According to this view, it is meaningful to determine the suitable application temperature of nanocrystalline materials.

With focus to find the minimum energy for generating E1/E2, we have performed DLTS studies on n-type epi 6H-SiC materials irradiated by electrons with varying energies.
E1/E2 are the deep level donors (~0.36/0.44 eV below the conduction band) that are usually found in ion implanted and particle irradiated 6H-SiC materials.
E1/E2 are the deep donors that are commonly observed in particle irradiated or ion implanted n-type SiC materials.
