Information inheritance of material and assembly.
When the users select the material for the work-piece in the pre-processing of the first pass, there is no doubt that the material used in subsequent passes should be the same.
Furthermore, information of material properties and assembly can be inherited accurately in subsequent passes.

Because of this fact, the removal material resulting from anodic electrochemical dissolution according to Faraday’s law is different along the profile, i.e. the removal material occurring at the outstanding points of the surface micro-profile is larger than the other parts of the surface micro-profile.
The change in the distribution density of the electric-current field makes the removal material different.
Table 1, which was obtained under the conditions used in the paper according to Table.2, shows that the removal material is reduction with the increasing of the angle, and the removal material along the profile of the arc is much smaller than that of the profile of the triangle.

The results showed that boron-bearing iron concentrate is a kind of good raw material for pelletizing process.
Experimental Materials.
In order to avoid the influence of impurities on B2O3 content of boron-rich slag after smelting and separation, the pellets’ raw materials are not added any binders such as bentonite.
Many factors influence on pellets roasting, in addition to inherent characteristics of materials, there are other factors including the temperature, time and atmosphere of preheating and roasting, soaking and cooling schedule, etc.
