And according to the author’s research, the concept of "Urban form" refers to: in a certain period, the sum of the material characteristics as spatial distribution, structure, ecological condition, development model and other geometric, physical, ecological features displayed in the urban physical environment (basic form), and the intangible non-material characteristics such as political, economic, social and cultural features reflected in the process of human acts in the urban environment (upper form).

If Fe2+ level was more than 500 mg·L-1, the hydrates formed by Fe(II)-substrate would attach to the cell walls of W1, which impeded material exchange between cells and outer environment, resulting in a reduced denitrification efficiency.
